“I was hesitant to leave a positive review out of fear our future availabilty may be restricted, but this property deserves it!! We have been traveling to San Diego to visit our son for the last 10 years and have stayed at multiple properties. The highest compliment is a multiple stay. My son rented this condo when my wife and I visited San Diego for Thanksgiving, so we would have more space for relaxing and cooking dinner. We decided to return at the end of April for a 2 week stay. The location is excellent with the boardwalk a few steps away and ocean views from the main living area and master bedroom. We enjoyed the view and sound of the ocean for both our coffee on the balcony in the morning, and wine on the balcony in the evening. Parking near the beach can be painful, but having a parking garage for your vehicle with an elevator was a great plus!! It made for easy access and walks on the beach. The laundry area on the same floor was very convenient for a 2 week stay. For a larger grocery run, you could drive to Ralph’s were there is abundant underground parking, or if you require just a few items, it was a convenient one block walk away. There are also multiple shops and restaurants in the area. The property appeared to be well maintained with someone always on the property cleaning the common areas of the complex. We will be returning in the fall.”
